WE WORK OUR BLENDS FROM MIXED FERMENTATION BEERS AGED IN WHITE WINE AND SAISON BARRELS.
IN OUR BARREL WE USE THE SOLERA METHOD. LOOKING FOR A GREATER TAKEABILITY AND THUS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE POTENTIAL OF THE LACTIC BACTERIA THAT ARE WITHIN IT.
THE SAISON IS A TRADITIONAL STYLE FROM THE NORTH OF FRANCE THAT GIVES BEERS WITH SPICY NOTES BUT AT THE SAME TIME SUPER REFRESHING.
THIS GIVES VERY DRINKABLE BUT COMPLEX BEERS.
WE HAVE THE ENIGMA THAT IS THE RESULT OF THIS BLEND BUT SINCE WE LOVE TO PLAY WITH FRUITS, WE DOUBLE THE BET AND ADD CRAZY AMOUNTS TO ADD SWEETNESS AND NEW NUANCES.
IN OUR BREWPUB YOU WILL ALWAYS FIND OUR BLENDS WITH DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS WHERE YOU WILL BE SURPRISED EVERY TIME. 🍻

Inspired by the notes of cocoa, toffee and caramel that characterize the style, we decided to offer a more drinkable version, understandable to the palate and light to welcome summer.
"Don't call me coffee" is the perfect option for lovers of dark malts, who are looking for a light beer full of friendly flavor in the mouth.
